By accessing or using this website or its associated roleplay community ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must meet Roblox's and Discord's own minimum age requirements to use their sign-in services through this site. If you are under the age required by applicable law to consent to data collection on your own, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Community Expectations & Conduct
- Follow all server rules, roleplay boundaries, and moderation decisions.
- Do not harass, impersonate, or mislead other members.
- Use approved channels for applications, reporting issues, and communication.
- Respect staff authority and remain accountable for your conduct.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Account Access & Termination
Access to the Service is provided at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for violating these Terms, misusing the Roblox or Discord sign-in integrations, or engaging in conduct that harms the community. You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your Roblox or Discord account at any time through your Roblox or Discord account settings.
Third-Party Services
This site is an independent, fan-made project and is not operated, endorsed, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Signing in through Roblox or Discord is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and design elements belong to this project unless otherwise noted. Content you submit through applications remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of reviewing and administering your application.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Information We Collect
We may collect account identifiers, usernames, profile details, and application information to support sign-in, review, and community administration.
- Roblox verification data, including your Roblox account identifier, username, display name, and avatar/profile image, as required to complete Roblox OAuth sign-in and identity confirmation.
- Discord verification data, including your Discord account identifier, username, display name, and avatar/profile image, when you link your Discord account.
- Application form responses submitted through this website.
- Discord webhook data used to deliver submitted applications for review.
- Limited browser session data required to complete the sign-in flow.
How We Use & Retain Data
Collected data is used only to operate sign-in, review applications, and administer the community. We retain it only as long as necessary for these purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting staff or via email.
- Data may be shared with Discord solely to deliver application webhooks.
- We use reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
