What Guides Us

Our Core Values

These aren’t words on a wall — they’re the standard every division is measured against, every shift.

Integrity

We hold ourselves to the same standard we hold the law: honest, accountable, and consistent, on and off duty.

Vigilance

A safer county starts with attention: to patterns, to neighborhoods, and to the people who call them home.

Partnership

Public safety isn't something we do to a community. It's something we build with one, block by block.

Fairness

Every case, every stop, every call handled the same way: by the law, without exception.
